"I called Sloan Plumbing in Jefferson at 2 in the afternoon, I had a sewer line that was plugged and backing up basement drains. They said the could be there around 4:30, and they were. Here it is, an hour later, 5:30 in the evening, the guys cleared the drain, put the downstairs toilet back in place, cleaned up the very minimal mess they made, and are gone! This is not my first experience with this company several years back I owned an acreage in Guthrie County that needed septic work, no one local could get to it for several days, yet Slaon was able to get there, from 40 miles away in Jefferson, in an hour and a half. Needless to say, now that I live in Jefferson Sloan is my go-to, only one I call for this type of work. "

"I called them Friday afternoon at 2..... had basement drain backing up due to, it turned out, a clogged sewer line. They said they could be here around 4:30, which is when they arrived. By 5:30, they had diagnosed problem, removed downstairs toilet to gain access to sewer line, dragged the 280 pound sewer line machine downstairs and cleared the clog, put everything back together, cleaned up what they did (I still have a small section of carpet to pull and replace) and were on their way! This is not my first experience with this business..... a few years back, when I had a septic issue at the acreage south of Guthrie Center, not one of the locals could get to it for several days, but Sloan got there, from 40 miles away in Jefferson, in an hour and a half. Now that I live in Jefferson.... they'll be the first place I call."
