"Furnace in my recently purchased home wasn't working properly. Chad was adamant about setting up an appointment in a timely manner. He was patient with guiding me through the proper channels, as it was a "natural gas" issue, no fault to his equipment. Being a first-time homeowner and new to the area, I had additional questions, some related to Chad's field of expertise and some that weren't. He gave some great recommendations and input. He and his son were kind, respectful, and professional. I hope that I don't need their services any time in the near future, but I know my home and family are in good hands when that day comes."
